Помогла увеличить конверсию заявки на полис ОМС почти в 3 раза и спроектировала с нуля MVP для сервиса управления ремонтом. Улучшала онбординги, делала редизайн сайтов и приложений, работала над точечными улучшениями системы отбраковки на производстве пробирок.
Раньше управляла проектами в сфере благотворительности, поэтому хорошо понимаю процессы в командах и как достигать результата.

Adsterra — Global Advertising Network I worked on the publisher dashboard team, researching the onboarding experience and identifying where users were getting stuck. I developed and validated hypotheses through user research, refactored UI components, and helped maintain the design system.

Afla Medical Insurance I increased conversion for compulsory health insurance applications by 2.8× by redesigning the application form and validating key hypotheses. Reduced drop-off by 35%. Designed new user flows for updating policy details, requesting insurance policy, and other services. Redesigned the homepage hero to reduce bounce rate and drive more applications.
Place&Plot A home renovation and furnishing startup. As the sole designer, I created an MVP over nine months to validate the founders’ hypotheses. I continued to develop the product by designing new user flows, building a design system based on atomic design principles, running usability tests, and handing designs off to development.
Gelt A website for a U.S.-based tax strategy startup. I analyzed how visitors interacted with the landing page, then redesigned and expanded it into a full company website to improve SEO and engagement. As a result, average time on page increased by 25%, while bounce rate decreased by 20%.
Research Conducted three comprehensive UX audits and created discussion guides for two usability studies. Analyzed user behavior using Yandex Metrica and FullStory, and learned to make a compelling, data-backed case for usability improvements.
